Dr. Bernd Neumann is a railway infrastructure engineer and heads the "Maglev and Transport Policy Commission" in the "German Association of Railway Engineers" (VDEI).

He is a Board Member of the Center of Excellence for High Performance Railways and Maglev Systems at the Technische Universität Dresden.
